All items are hand-forged using traditional blacksmithing techniques. Each piece is shaped by fire, hammer, and anvil. Every item is made to order. Listings may show items as “in stock” for display purposes; however, each piece is crafted individually upon purchase.
Due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in appearance, texture, and finish are to be expected and are part of the uniqueness of each piece.
We do not accept returns on custom orders. If a product arrives with a defect, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
We are not responsible for items lost during shipping. However, we are willing to work with customers on a case-by-case basis regarding replacements. Please understand that, due to the time, care, and craftsmanship involved in each piece, it may be difficult to offer replacements at no cost.
